Hi-Point board approves Hurricane Harvey relief mission study trip BELLEFONTAINE — The Ohio Hi-Point Board of Education, at its meeting Wednesday night, approved a study trip for 30 students to attend a Hurricane Harvey Relief Mission in Crosby, Texas, from Oct. 31 to Nov. 5.
