PATTERSON — Due to lack of a quorum, the Village of Patterson council meeting has been rescheduled for 4:30 Monday, Nov. 28 at the Forest-Jackson Public Library.

The Hardin County Board of Elections will hold its official canvass of the Nov. 8 election on Monday, Nov. 21 at 2 p.m. It will be in the board’s office in the basement of the Hardin County Courthouse.

WEDNESDAY, NOV. 16 Alger Board of Public Affairs and Village Council – 6 p.m., chambers; special meeting to consider purchasing backflow-equipped water meters for businesses.

The Hardin County Chamber & Business Alliance announced the attendance was strong at the 30th annual Christmas Around the Square event.

MONDAY, NOV. 14 Kenton City Council – 7 p.m., chambers

Tammy S. Bryant, the senior branch office administrator of the Kenton Edward Jones office, recently received the firm’s 25-year Service Award. Bryant works with Edward Jones financial advisor Marshall T. Wolowicz.
