RIDGEWAY — Trick or treat in Ridgeway will take place on Oct. 25 from 6 to 7:30 p.m., council announced at its meeting Monday night. Mayor Kevin Howland said he would issue a proclamation for September to be Suicide Awareness Month in the village.

DUNKIRK — Free tech help will be available at the Hardin Northern Public Library on Thursday from 1 to 8 p.m. Chloe Noel will assist individuals with tech and internet issues and/or questions, understanding and using various devices, using social media sites, Microsoft Word and much more.
