Help with technology offered at HN Library

DUNKIRK — Free tech help will be available at the Hardin Northern Public Library Thursday from 1 to 8 p.m. Chloe Noel can help with cell phones, tablets, lap tops, ereaders and other devices. She can help with navigating web sites as well as help with registering for an email address, facebook, instagram and/or twitter accounts, Kroger online coupons etc.

Video game truck to be featured at festival

FOREST — A Buckeye Video Game Truck will be featured at the Tree Town Festival in Forest from 3 to 9 p.m. Saturday, July 13. State of the art gaming is featured in the trailer, which is sponsored by Hempy Water. Attendees must purchase a $10 wristband (also good for the bounce house kids zone) available at the main festival …

Area students pursuing health careers receive HMH Foundation scholarships

Six area students pursuing health careers have been awarded scholarships for the 2019-2020 academic year by the Hardin Memorial Hospital Foundation. The $500 Mary Lou Johnson Health Career Scholarships are awarded annually to students living within the service area of Hardin Memorial Hospital who enrolled in courses of study that prepare them for hospital-based health care careers.
