Computer classes and one-on-one tech help will now be available at the Forest-Jackson Public Library in Forest and the Mary Lou Johnson-Hardin County District Library in Kenton. Classes have limited availability so those interested are encouraged to sign up in advance.

DUNKIRK — Bingo will be played at the Hardin Northern Community Center on Thursday from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. There is no charge to play but donations are appreciated.

John and Norma Sieg of Mount Victory are celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary. They were married on Oct. 2, 1955.

On Tuesday, Sept. 29, the Benjamin Logan FFA soils team traveled to Morrow County for the district soil contest. The team of six students learned how to evaluate the soil and land use for both rural and urban applications.

Tri-Moraine Audubon Society’s October field trip will be to The Great Woods, a Fen, and an Esker Expedition on Saturday, Oct. 17, 9 a.m. to noon. Spend the morning visiting three unique State Nature Preserves starting with Gross Memorial Woods near Jackson Center.

Former employees and friends of North Electric held their 29th reunion on Sunday, Oct. 4 at Henry’s Restaurant in Kenton. Table grace was given by Wanda Clinger, then order on your own from the menu was served and enjoyed.
