A Kenton man lost his life in a bed fire late Thursday evening.

The demolition of Hardin Central Elementary School began Wednesday morning.

FOREST — The home of a Forest family was damaged by a fire Thursday afternoon. According to Acting Forest Fire Chief Dean Hankins, a call was received at 1:26 p.m. of a fire at the home of Andrew Walters, 207 S. Patterson St.
