ADA — The Ada Village Council discussed at length the possibility of a sidewalk encroachment permit program for businesses at its regular meeting Tuesday night. According to a draft of the proposal, the permit would be seasonal, from April 1 through Oct. 15 of each year for an annual fee of $25.
