McGUFFEY — The financial future of the Upper Scioto Valley School District has changed little since the last five-year forecast was approved in October, said Treasurer Stacy Gratz. Her report to the board shows USV ending the current fiscal year with a carryover of $5,255,206. Gratz's forecast shows the district spending more than it brings in through revenue sources starting in 2021 with no revenue added.

MOUNT BLANCHARD — As of fiscal year 2018, the Riverdale School District is sitting in good shape with a $3.3 million carryover, according to the five-year report presented to the school board Monday night by Treasurer Jodie Ribley.
