Kenton Full Gospel Church will hold its annual picnic from 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 8 at the Hardin County Fairgrounds shelter house. Everyone is invited; the only requirement is to bring a covered dish. Everything else will be provided.

Two Kenton churches plan Block Party Aug. 8

Trinity United Presbyterian and First Reformed Church will host a Neighborhood Block Party for the neighborhood surrounding the two churches in Kenton. The Neighborhood Block Party will be held in the First Reformed Church parking lot and on the lawn of Trinity Presbyterian from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 8.
