Trinity United Presbyterian and First Reformed Church will host a Neighborhood Block Party for the neighborhood surrounding the two churches in Kenton. The Neighborhood Block Party will be held in the First Reformed Church parking lot and on the lawn of Trinity Presbyterian from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 8.

It was a little advice from Jonathan Hanover’s father, Thomas, that started him down the path to becoming a minister. Hanover is the pastor at the Kenton First United Methodist Church and has been on the job for just over a week.
