A McGuffey man was sent to prison for three years after being found guilty of charges in a case heard in Hardin County Common Pleas Court. According to court records from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s office, Michael Wayne Wallace, 301 Hunsicker St., McGuffey, pleaded guilty to one charge of aggravated burglary.

Fined $25 for speeding 68 mph in a 55 mph zone were: Emily M. Augsburger, Pandora and Kevin C. Rogner, Hilliard.
