Kentonite sent to prison over attempt to switch urine A Kenton woman was sent to prison for two years after she attempted to pass a drug test with "clean" urine. Court records from Prosecutor Brad Bailey's office report that Erica Lynn Ellis, 680 W. Lima St., Apt. B, Kenton was on probation from an earlier drug conviction when she arrived for her scheduled visit to her probation officer. Mount Victory man sent to prison for another two years A Mount Victory man was sent to prison for a mandatory two year sentence on drug charges in the Hardin County Common Pleas Court. According to court records from Prosecutor Brad Bailey's office, Daemon Araya Stewart, 20790 Co. Rd. 199, Mount Victory, pleaded guilty to one count of possession of heroin. Judge Scott Barrett sentenced Stewart to prison for two years and ordered him to pay a mandatory fine of $7,500. Read More
