Hardin County Recorder Brenda Rainsburg has released the following property transfers for August.

Angela Noggle-Thornton, Amanda – speeding 65 mph in a 55 mph zone, fined $15.

A McGuffey man was sent to prison for three years after being found guilty of charges in a case heard in Hardin County Common Pleas Court. According to court records from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s office, Michael Wayne Wallace, 301 Hunsicker St., McGuffey, pleaded guilty to one charge of aggravated burglary.

Fined $25 for speeding 68 mph in a 55 mph zone were: Emily M. Augsburger, Pandora and Kevin C. Rogner, Hilliard.

A Findlay woman was sent to prison for two years after she was found guilty of charges in a case heard in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

Alexa Jo Liles, Lima – speeding 52 mph in a 35 mph zone, fined $25.

Hardin County Recorder Brenda Rainsburg has released the following property transfers conducted during July: Steven L. Friesner and wife to Todd A. Cook and wife, 5.62 acres in part of Section 3, Liberty Twp. Tax $816.

A Kenton man was sentenced to more than three years in prison after he pleaded guilty to charges in three cases against him that were heard in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

Todd S. Wykes, 3141 CR 175, Forest – speeding 51 mph in a 35 mph zone, fined $25. Holly A. Phillips, Lima – speeding 53 mph in a 35 mph zone, fined $25.

An Ada woman will be spending five years in prison after being convicted of a number of drug-related charges and violating her post-release control supervision agreement.
