By the narrowest of margins, Kenton Mayor Randy Manns appears to be on the way to another four years in office. Manns received two of the three provisional votes tabulated Wednes-day afternoon by the Hardin County Board of Elections to claim a 207-206 victory in the Republican primary over challenger Councilman Tom Taylor.

Precincts identified in Kenton, Ridgemont

Four precincts will be open in Kenton and another four in the Ridgemont School District for Tuesday’s primary/special election.
