ADA — The Ohio Northern University Freed Center for the Performing Arts presents “The Second City Fully Loaded,” featuring a special third act with ONU’s improv group “Fearless Shenanygans,” on Saturday, Sept. 26, at 8:30 p.m. for the 2015 Homecoming performance. Fresh, fast and always spectacularly funny, the group brings you satire with all the bells and whistles.

LIMA — Big Daddy Weave, one of Christian music's biggest headlining artists, will perform Oct. 18 at Veterans Memorial Civic & Convention Center, Lima. Its "My Story Tour” features Jason Gray and Citizen Way.

ADA — Ohio Northern University’s Freed Center for the Performing Arts will present “Edges” from Sept. 24 to 27 at 7:30 p.m. A second show will be held on Friday, Sept. 25 at 10:30 p.m.

FINDLAY — The University of Findlay theatre program will present “The Taming” by Lauren Gunderson, American playwright, as its 2015-2016 season opener. “The Taming” will be shown Sept. 23-26 at 7:30 p.m. and Sept. 27 at 2 p.m in the University of Findlay’s Egner Center for the Performing Arts, John and Hester Powell Grimm Theatre.

FINDLAY — Blue Jupiter, a world-touring a cappella quartet, will give two free performances at the University of Findlay on Sept. 25, providing the community with multiple opportunities to enjoy their all-vocal talents. Blue Jupiter’s informal concert, as part of UF’s Music Bach’s Concert Series, will be held that day from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Alumni Memorial Union’s atrium.

ADA — The Ohio Northern University Department of Music presents a celebration of choral music as part of the ONU Homecoming festivities in the Snyder Recital Hall in the Presser Building on Friday, Sept. 25 at 8 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.

MARION — Country star Rodney Atkins and rock band Warrant will pop in to the 35th Marion Popcorn Festival as the headline entertainment. Atkins will take the main stage on Friday, Sept. 11 and Warrant is set for Saturday, Sept. 12. Both performances are at 8:30 p.m. and free to festival attendees.

LIMA — The Beach Boys, one of America’s greatest rock bands, will be taking the stage in Lima for the first time. They will be performing Sunday, Oct. 18 at 7:30 p.m. at the Veterans Memorial Civic and Convention Center.

ADA — Ohio Northern University’s Tunes on the Tundra will feature We The Kings, with PUBLIC as the opening act, in the ONU Field House on Friday, Sept. 4, at 7:30 p.m. The event is sponsored by the ONU Student Senate.
