Cross receives local endorsements

Campaigning in Kenton

Jon Cross of Kenton received endorsements from several area officials Saturday morning to kick off his fall campaign to become the 83rd District state representative. Before embarking on a bus tour of several communities in the district, the first-time political office seeker received the verbal backing of Hardin County Commissioners Brice Beaman and Roger Crowe, mayors Tom Seem of Forest and Mike Trout of Mount Victory, and Hardin County Sheriff Keith Everhart and Logan County Sheriff Randy Dodds.

Title Office accepts passport applications

The Hardin County Clerk of Courts now accepts passport applications on behalf of the U.S. Department of State. U.S. citizens planning international travel may apply for their passports on Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Hardin County Title Office, 1021 W. Lima St., Ste 102, Kenton.
