Kenton man sent to prison for 28 months A Kenton man was sentenced to a total of 28 months in prison after a Hardin County Common Pleas Court jury found him guilty of drug charges According to court records from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s office, Matthew Jarvis Beltz, 723 W. Lima St., Lot 47, was charged with one charge of possession of heroin and, in a second case, a single count of possession of heroin with a specific finding that the amount of heroin possessed was ten unit doses or more.
