Police Reports: May 24, 2016 Stacey A. Dye, 10158 U.S. 68, was westbound on E. Franklin Street crossing the intersection of Memorial Drive, while Heather N. Jones, 950 King St., was southbound on Memorial Drive. Jones failed to stop for the red light at E. Franklin Street, entering the intersection and striking Dye’s vehicle on the passenger side.
