BLUFFTON — Four Bluffton University musical ensembles will come together Friday, April 22 to present the annual Pops Concert at 7:30 p.m. in Yoder Recital Hall. The event is free and open to the public.

BUCYRUS — The Bucyrus Model Railroad Association is sponsoring its 30th annual Train Show and Swap Meet from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, April 9 at the Youth Building in Crawford County Fairground in Bucyrus. It will be an all gauge show with Railaoma, models, model supplies, scenery, books, movies and items that will enhance this hobby.

ADA — The Ohio Northern University Department of Music presents an instrumental ensembles concert in the Snyder Recital Hall in the Presser Building on Sunday, April 10 at 7 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.

ADA — Ada Mayor David Retterer has called a special meeting of council for Tuesday, April 12 in council chambers. It will follow a meeting of council’s Safety Committee which will begin at 6:30 p.m. to discuss the new policy for police body cameras.

Officers were dispatched to 611 Smith Ave. for a report of a domestic incident that occurred on Tuesday. An officer was requested at Village Pantry for a report of a possible suspicious person.

LIMA — The Third District Court of Appeals in Lima has rejected action filed by former Hardin County Municipal Court Bailiff Donald Castle to reduce his time in prison.
