A theft from a vehicle was reported at 453 E. North Street. Stolen medication was reported in Morningside Villa.

Sunday Cricket Phone reported an unwanted person. A report was received regarding animal abuse/neglect at 630 S. Wayne St. A suspicious vehicle was reported at the Springbrook Apartments.

A suspicious man was reported on Cherry Street near Murray Park. A stolen vehicle was reported from 655 East St., Apt. 34.

Officers assisted a naked female out of the Scioto River near Main Street on Thursday at 6:49 a.m. According to the report, Brandy Fay, 655 East St., Apt. 7, was going in and out of the river. The officer responding gave Fay a jump suit and blanket at the scene. She was transported by Kenton Fire Department ambulance to Hardin Memorial Hospital for evaluation.

Wednesday A possible fight was reported in the 700 block of Smith Avenue. Served with five-day notices to cut down high weeds, grass or vines were Jon Alexander, 622 E. Franklin St., and James Sheets, 701 S. Wayne St.

James Paul Holland, 416 E. Franklin St., reported an unknown person kicked in the rear door while he was sleeping inside. While mowing grass for the City of Kenton beside the river near Wharton Park, Tevin Allen Joseph Klausing found a gun. The KPD identified the stolen weapon and returned it to its owner. The gun appeared to have been in the weather for a long period of time, according to the report.

Friday A suspicious person was reported at Graphic Packaging. A domestic dispute was reported at 409 1/2 Waterworks Drive.

An officer was advised of a male going through a vehicle on Levings Street. A report was received of a female attacked by a dog at the Kenton Community Health Center.

Officers responded to the 600 block of Robinson Avenue for a report of a neighbor dispute. During a call for a noise complaint in the 500 block of W. North Street, one person observed was Cassandra Joan McDowell, 322 W. Railroad St. Her information was run through dispatch and a warrant was confirmed out of the KPD. McDowell was taken into custody and transported to the Multi-County Jail in Marion.

Officers were dispatched to the 600 block of S. Wayne Street for a report of possible domestic violence. After an investigation, Hunter Robert Lee Buroker, 801 S. Main St., was arrested for domestic violence. A call was received of an unruly juvenile at 125 N. Leighton St.
