Upon investigation, it was learned that an assault did take place between the two sisters. The suspect, Tiffany A. Police reports: May 1, 2019 Officers were dispatched to a report of animal cruelty at 248 W. Letson St. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the reporting person who stated that her husband, Scott Allen Fulmer, had killed her chihuahua and injured another family dog. The victim also stated that the suspect had threatened her. Upon further investigation, Fulmer was arrested for cruelty to animals and domestic violence. Read More
