Friday A report was received of a vehicle being vandalized at 980 Meadow Lane. Officers were dispatched to the 500 block of E. North Street for a juvenile fight.

A mother called the department to report her juvenile son missing. Melanie R. Lott, 313 Park Ave., was cited for speeding.

Staci Ann Grogan, 142 Brumm St., was located and arrested on a probation order from her probation officer. The probation officer showed up and took control of the suspect. The department was called to 107 Clover Lane in reference to a menacing complaint.

An officer was dispatched to 304 1/2 W. Franklin St. in reference to a domestic violence incident. Upon investigation, it was learned that an assault did take place between the two sisters. The suspect, Tiffany A. Powell, 621 Robinson Ave., was found to be the aggressor and was arrested and issued a summons for domestic violence.

Friday A report of a damaged vehicle was received from 123 S. High St. An officer was dispatched to Family Dollar for a theft report. A possible gunshot was reported on E. Franklin Street at Broadway Street.

A report of truancy was taken from Kenton High School. An officer was flagged down at the intersection of Columbus and Maple streets for a child in the roadway.

Vinson Charles Eugene Hastings, 217 N. Leighton St., was arrested on a warrant through the Hardin County Municipal Court. A domestic disturbance involving a named suspect was reported in the 500 block of Decatur Street.

Officers were dispatched to a report of animal cruelty at 248 W. Letson St. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the reporting person who stated that her husband, Scott Allen Fulmer, had killed her chihuahua and injured another family dog. The victim also stated that the suspect had threatened her. Upon further investigation, Fulmer was arrested for cruelty to animals and domestic violence.

Monday Vandalism to a vehicle was reported at 117 Henry St. An abandoned vehicle was towed from the 500 block of N. High Street.

Friday Officers were dispatched to 655 East St. Apt. 22 for a reported break-in. An officer was flagged down by a juvenile to report recovered stolen property at the intersection of Franklin and Mill streets.
