Officers responded to a report of a possible overdose at a residence in the 800 block of E. Franklin Street. A report of harassment was taken in the 300 block of W. Railroad Street.

A burglary was reported at Forest Court Apt. B22. Officers were dispatched to 409 1/2 Waterworks Drive in reference to an assault. The incident is under investigation.

An individual reported that her son had assaulted her. She called a short time later to report that he had ran from the home. A woman reported being harassed by her former spouse at Eagles Point Apartments.

Allison Joy Herriott, Arcadia, was taken into custody on an arrest order from Municipal Probation. The theft of a Garmin GPS unit from a truck was reported from 925 Vernon St. A report was taken of a theft of a laptop computer from a vehicle at 334 Kuert Ave.

Friday An individual reported that her husband has been contacting her through social media. There is a stay away order issued through the Hardin County Municipal Court that forbids the suspect from making any contact with the victim. An investigation will continue.

An individual came on station to report their daughter as an unruly child. The theft of two push mowers was reported from 857 Summit St. Michael F. Taylor, 19174 Ohio 31, Mount Victory, was taken into custody and held pending charges for disorderly conduct.

A resident reported that her juvenile son was being unruly. An officer was dispatched to the corner of E. Columbus and Heisel streets in reference to an assault victim calling from that intersection. Upon arrival, the officer spoke to the victim who advised he was assaulted by a named suspect in the 100 block of Heisel Street.

A suspicious male was reported near Country Hearth Inn & Suites. A possible car/deer accident was reported near Hardin Hills on Ohio 309.

Officers were dispatched to Kroger in reference to a theft complaint. A domestic dispute was reported at 309 S. Wayne St. Upon investigation, Susan Mattox, same address, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

Friday An officer was requested at 641 S. Wayne St. for a report of threats and harassment. Adrian J. Gross, McGuffey, was cited for speeding.
