An individual reported finding damage to the rear door of his residence. According to the report, it appeared as though someone had kicked the door, damaging it and breaking one of the small windows in the door.

Officers responded to the courthouse for a report of drug abuse instruments. A report was received of someone stealing a walker from the library.

Officers were dispatched to Kroger in reference to two males walking out with six cases of Bud Light. The incident is under investigation. A female who was previously banned from Walmart was caught entering the store on video surveillance.

An individual came to the station to report harassment. An officer took a report of possible menacing.

A theft from a vehicle was reported from 819 W. North St. Officers were called to assist a probation officer at Lifeworks on Decatur Street.

Caleb Critchfield, 210 W. Columbus St., was arrested on a bench warrant and issued a summons for theft. A report was received of a large scratch down the driver’s side of a vehicle parked at 302 Carey St.

An employee of Walmart reported observing two suspects, one male and one female, in the store who were both suspects of previous thefts from the store. The employee observed the male suspect conceal merchandise inside his clothing. When the female suspect saw the employee, she quickly walked out of the store. It was noticed that the coat the female was wearing appeared to be stuffed full of merchandise as she left. She went into the parking lot and got into the passenger side of a gray or silver pickup truck.

Officers were called to a residence in the 500 block of N. Glendale Street in reference to a male who was possibly overdosing on Tylenol. Village Pantry reported shoplifting by three named suspects.

A theft from a motor vehicle was reported at 1037 S. Main St. Apt. B-6.
