Officers were dispatched to Scioto Village Apt. 12 for a possible fight. After investigating the incident and speaking with several witnesses, the suspect, Nicholas B. Rager, 420 W. Kohler St., was located and arrested for burglary, criminal mischief and aggravated menacing.

FOREST — Chief Donny Southward submitted the following report for the Forest Police Department for the month of April. Assisted motorist with disabled vehicle in the Gormley Park.

Kenton police A domestic disturbance was reported at 815 Morningside Drive Apt. D11. Upon investigation, Terron Cleve White, same address, was arrested for domestic violence.

Daniel R. L. Bayes, 1037 S. Main St. Apt. 28, reported being at Eagles Point Apartments near the D building when a named suspect threatened him.

Stormie L. A. Roark, Bellefontaine, reported that she currently has a civil protection order against a named suspect. On Sunday morning, the suspect sent numerous messages to Roark’s cell phone, believing he was having a conversation with her.

Officers were dispatched to a report of menacing at 717 Park Ave. Upon investigation, Ray T. Cole, same address, was arrested and issued a summons for aggravated menacing.

Joyce M. Wrasman, 340 N. High St., reported two cell phones taken from her home.

Officers received a report of an alarm at the Lifeworks building. When officers arrived, it was discovered that forced entry had been made. The incident is under investigation.

Albert C. Furr, 58 Resch St., reported that sometime over their last several days, someone has stolen the front license plate off of his vehicle.

An on-station report was received of identity theft.
