Janice K. Rall, 18241 CR 120, was traveling west on E. Franklin Street, stopped in traffic, while Katherine M. Temple, 16576 CR 144, was traveling behind her.

A report was received of an intoxicated male walking on E. Columbus Street. Upon investigation, Austin Scott Biederman, 723 W. Lima St. Lot 1, was arrested and issued summonses for underage consumption, open container and public intoxication.

Superior Federal Credit Union reported a counterfeit bill. Officers were dispatched to a report of a physical domestic in progress at 344 N. High St.

Patrick A. Taylor, 440 N. Leighton St., was issued a summons for failing to securely confine a vicious dog. A possibly intoxicated male was reported at Village Pantry.

A report from Hardin Memorial Hospital of child rape was reported on a 4-year-old female. The victim was referred to Children’s Hospital in Toledo for further evaluation. The crime remains under investigation.

FINDLAY — A Forest man was transported to Blanchard Valley Hospital in Findlay with unknown injuries following a single-vehicle accident on Ohio 103 east of Arlington on Saturday evening.

Gloria S. Mercer, 419 E. Ohio St., reported finding her vehicle vandalized overnight while parked near the rear of her residence.

An officer was called in reference to threats at 903 Steiner Ave.

An officer responded to a report of three shopping carts of trash along the road on North Avenue near Park Street which appeared to contain miscellaneous personal property and trash. Lyndsay M. Teeters, 12099 CR 115, was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped for a traffic violation in the 300 block of N. Detroit Street.
