Kenton police A suspicious person was reported at Scioto Village Apartments.

FOREST — The Forest Police Department reported the following activity for January. Suspicious persons reportedly looking inside vehicles in the 300 block of S. Gormley St.

An officer was requested to make contact at 325 Henry St. in reference to an abandoned vehicle involved in a crash.

FOREST — The Forest Police Department reported the following activity for December.

Police responded to an accident in the 800 block of E. Franklin St. on Saturday afternoon where a Ford Mustang had reportedly struck a vehicle operated by James Miller. Luke Nichols told officers he was driving the Mustang at the time of the accident and was cited for assured clear distance.

A threat was reported at Scioto Village Apt. C8. A private property crash was reported at Walmart.

A complaint was received of junk behind 220 Smith Ave. Timothy Hensley II, 628 W. Lima St., was issued a citation for license forfeiture and expired plates.

Delmar Manns, 617 Henry St., was issued a summons for assault.

A report was received of a dog barking continuously coming from the residence at 807 W. North St. It was later confirmed that approximately a month ago, another noise complaint was received at the residence.

Friday A report was received of a domestic situation at 398 E. Forest Road Apt. 65-F.
