Jennifer L. Mock, 444 W. Columbus St., reported that sometime overnight, someone broke out the window on the rear driver’s side door of her vehicle, which was parked in a gravel parking area in front of her residence at the time of the incident.

A report was received of a vehicle break-in at 213 E. Columbus St. Witnesses stated that they observed two males walk up to a van at the location, with one entering the vehicle and the other standing look-out.

Ashley M. Arnold, 433 E. Eliza St., reported the theft of a tool set by a known suspect.

Timothy A. Hensley II, 626 W. Lima St., was stopped at a red light on East Columbus Street facing west. Viera Yosnel, Tampa, Fla., was stopped in the left turn lane on East Columbus Street facing west.

Officers were dispatched to a dispute in the 300 block of E. Carrol Street. The dispute involved Ryan M. Treen, 418 E. Carrol St.

A suspicious vehicle was reported in the parking lot behind the library.
