Dunkirk set to get new well DUNKIRK — The Dunkirk Board of Public Affairs is in the process of getting a new well for the village. According to Village Superintendent Paul Cramer, the board has been working with Groundwater Science, a company of hydrogeologists who specialize in ground and surface water, and where would be the best place to drill for a well. Foreman enjoys helping people through United Way Darlene Foreman was hesitant at first to take over the responsibility of executive director for United Way of Hardin County, but it has since become “the best job I’ve ever had.” Before Darlene had become involved with the United Way, her husband, Dan, a Honda employee, was approached by Dave Sturgeon who offered him a place on the board.
