DUNKIRK — When Keigan Poe was born 16 years ago, doctors told his mother, Diane, her son would never walk, talk or be able to do anything but lay in a bed. But Keigan has proven them wrong and continues to make strives and bring joy to Diane and others with his persistent attitude.

MOUNT VICTORY — The Mount Victory Village Council approved permanent appropriations for 2015 at its second meeting of the month Thursday evening.

Kenton residents have about two weeks to decide what they would like to get rid of through the city’s annual spring cleanup. The cleanup will be conducted April 13-16 from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Hardin County Fairgrounds.
