For many years, the firefighters at the Kenton Fire Department have heard ambulances called into service with no EMTs available to respond to the call.

Rick McGinnis left the Ada Police Department eight years ago to accept a job as an investigator for the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office. During that time, McGinnis has seen firsthand the dangers which face children from a variety of sources.
