The company pays their workers well and treats them with respect, said Shepherd. Anyone who comes to the company seeking a job, he said, should be a good fit and willing to be a part of a professional family. Located south of Kenton on U.S. 68, Cessna Transport is taking part in In-Demand Jobs week through OhioMeansJobs of Hardin County. The company, which Shepherd owns in partnership with his brothers, Lance and Mark, will have as many as 22 of its trucks on the road at any given time, Shepherd said.
