Now’s the time to make appointment to have children vaccinated

Getting vaccinated

Vaccination season has begun. The sooner that parents make appointments to have their children vaccinated, the better. "Right now they can get in pretty quick," says Polly Downing, a public health nurse at Kenton-Hardin Health Department. "They really need to think about it right now. By the end of May and the beginning of June it starts filling up a bit."

Kentonites Monty and Spencer Vermillion recently won first place in this year’s 108th Ohio Intercity Bowling Tournament doubles event held in Lexington, Ohio at Lex Lanes. The duo shot a 1,376 actual score and a total of 1,574 with handicap.
