MOUNT BLANCHARD — Riverdale swept Cory-Rawson in a Blanchard Valley Conference girls volleyball match Monday, defeating the Hornets, 25-22, 25-14, 25-13.

Kenton defeated Bath by 25 strokes Monday to clinch at least second place in Western Buckeye League boys golf. The Wildcats (8-1 WBL) won 165-190 to drop Bath to 7-2 in conference. Shawnee (8-0) hosts Celina today.

BELLEFONTAINE — Ben Logan appeared to be headed toward a draw Monday night in Central Buckeye Conference boys soccer against Stebbins. But the Indians scored with 2:24 left in the game to hand the Raiders a 3-2 defeat.

LIMA — Kenton defeated Bath 3-2 on Monday in Western Buckeye League girls tennis. With the win, Kenton tied for third in the WBL with Van Wert.

ST. PARIS — Ben Logan kept its CBC Mad River Division title hopes alive with a one-stroke victory over Graham in boys golf on Monday at Lakeland Golf Course. The Raiders (6-3 CBC) won 178-179. Graham defeated Ben Logan 167-168 on Sept. 1 when the Raiders were home.

WAYNESFIELD — Ridgemont defeated Waynesfield-Goshen by 12 strokes Monday in Northwest Central Conference golf action at Prairie View Golf Course. The Gophers won 170-182.

BELLEFONTAINE — Ben Logan defeated Riverside in straight sets Monday night in nonconference volleyball. The Raiders (4-5) won 25-17, 25-13, 25-23.

LIMA — Ada swept Lima Perry in nonconference volleyball Monday night. The Bulldogs won 25-15, 25-12, 25-15.

HARROD — Allen East defeated Kenton in three sets Monday in nonconference volleyball. Allen East dominated the first set on its way to a 25-2, 25-19, 25-11 victory.

ST. MARYS — Kenton took a hard loss on the road in Western Buckeye League girls soccer Monday night. St. Marys defeated the Wildcats 5-0. “We never really got going,” Kenton assistant coach Ryan Miller said.
