ORDINANCE NO. 54-14
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Article V., Section 5.16, of the Municipal Charter of the City of Upper Sandusky, an Ordinance entitled, “AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF UPPER SANDUSKY, OHIO TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH BRANDSTETTER CARROLL, INC. TO PROVIDE ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE EAST WYANDOT AVENUE, ODOT SMALL CITIES PROJECT, PHASE 3.”, was passed by the Council of the City of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, on the 17th day of February, 2026.  The purpose of this Ordinance is to approve an agreement with Brandstetter Carroll, Inc., 308 East 8th Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202 for an amount not to exceed $100,000.00 for engineering services for the East Wyandot Avenue, ODOT Small Cities Project, Phase 3.
A copy of the full text of Ordinance No. 54-14 is on file and available for inspection at the office of the Clerk at the Municipal Building in Upper Sandusky, Ohio.

ORDINANCE NO. 55-14
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Article V., Section 5.16, of the Municipal Charter of the City of Upper Sandusky, an Ordinance entitled, “AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF UPPER SANDUSKY, OHIO TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH BRANDSTETTER CARROLL, INC. TO PROVIDE ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE SANDUSKY RIVER WATERLINE CROSSING, PHASE 1.”, was passed by the Council of the City of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, on the 17th day of February, 2026.  The purpose of this Ordinance is to approve an agreement with Brandstetter Carroll, Inc., 308 East 8th Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202 for an amount not to exceed $59,000.00 for engineering services for the Sandusky River Waterline Crossing, Phase 1.

LEGAL NOTICE
ORDINANCE NO. 56-14
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Article V., Section 5.16, of the Municipal Charter of the City of Upper Sandusky, an Ordinance entitled, “AN ORDINANCE TO APPROVE THE PURCHASE OF ULTRAFILTRATION MEMBRANES FOR THE WATER TREATMENT PLANT.”, was passed by the Council of the City of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, on the 17th day of February, 2026.  The purpose of this Ordinance is to approve the purchase of one hundred twenty (120) ultrafiltration membranes for the Water Treatment Plant from FilmTec Corporation, 5400 Dewey Hill Rd, Edina, MN 55439-2085, at a total cost of $138,252.00, being $123,600.00 for the ultrafiltration membranes, plus $8,652.00 for a 7% surcharge, plus $6,000.00 for a  freight surcharge.
