In pursuance of an Order of Sale dated APRIL 16, 2026 in the above-entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction on the 26 day of MAY, at 10 AM, the following described real estate subject to foreclosure on the Official Public Sheriffs Sale Website which is operated by Realauction based on a contract with the Ohio Department of Administrative Services. The process and procedures under which these sales will be completed are detailed at the Realauction website https://hardin.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov. In general the following key points are noted:
•All person(s) who want to bid on a property offered by the Hardin County Sheriffs Office must register with Realauction. Registration will include completion of the Purchaser Information Form.
•Properties will be open for bid, at least seven days immediately prior to the date of sale. This is generally known as a proxy bid.
•On the scheduled Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (EST), the online auction will begin. Auction will be conducted for each individual property; however only one property will be sold at a time. After a property is sold the next scheduled property sale will begin.
•To be a qualified participant, bidders must submit a deposit based on the total deposit requirement ($2,000/ $5,000/ $10,000 set by law) for all properties on which the bidder wishes to bid by the predefined deadlines. The only acceptable deposit types are bank wire transfer or ACH, no cash deposits will be accepted. All Wire Deposits must be received by 5 p.m. EST two (2) business days before the auction sale date. All ACH Deposits must be initiated by 4 p.m. EST five (5) business days before the auction sale date. It is the responsibility of the bidder to plan ahead and allow enough time for their bidding deposits to be received and processed within the timeframes described above.
•Plaintiff/Judgment Creditors - A Judgment Creditor is defined as the creditors (plaintiff or defendants) who are awarded judgment in the foreclosure case. Judgment Creditors are required to register for a Username and Password and fill in all appropriate fields. Per Ohio Revised Code 2329.211, in every action of Judicial Sale or Execution of residential property, if the Judgment Creditor is the purchaser, they shall not be required to make a deposit on the sale. However, Judgment Creditors are required to submit the bidding style choice (pre-sale manage bid or live bid) AND a copy of the court order stating they are the Judgment Creditor on the case they are bidding to Realauction Customer Service (customerservice@realauction.com) at least one (1) business day prior to the sale date. Submission can be done via email or fax. Submission must include the bidder number and user account contact first and last name in the submission. PROGRAM
PUBLIC NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS AND PROPOSAL
Hardin County, Ohio intends to apply for and administer various Community Development Block Grant and Home Investment Partnership grant funds over the next three (3) program years (PY 2026, PY 2027 and PY 2028). The County is interested in acquiring the services of a consulting firm, individual, or organization to assist the County in applying for and administering these programs. Procedures for selection of an individual/firm will be in accordance with procurement requirements of the Ohio Department of Development Office of Community Enhancement and provisions of the Ohio Revised Code.
All responses will be evaluated in terms of experience, quality of work and capacity to perform the work requested. Hardin County is interested in firms with experience in CDBG and Federal HOME Program administration, small purchase procurement, professional services procurement and construction contractor procurement, experience conducting environmental reviews; fair housing/equal opportunity requirements; financial management, acquisitions; contracts management; labor compliance laws; and audits. The evaluation will be assessed in terms of qualifications, experience, program knowledge, staff, references, cost and other factors. The County will negotiate contracts on a grant-by grant basis with the respondent obtaining the highest total score in the evaluation process.

NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Sealed bids for the City of Kenton 2026 Street Resurfacing Improvements Project will be received by Emma R. Nelson, Clerk of the City of Kenton at the City of Kenton Municipal Building, 111 W. Franklin St., Kenton, Ohio 43326 until 10:00 a.m., on the 20th day of May, 2026, and immediately opened thereafter.
Bid specifications and bid forms may be secured at the Hardin County Regional Planning Commission Office at the Hardin County Courthouse, One Courthouse Sq., Suite 130, Kenton, Ohio 43326 at no charge. Telephone: (419) 674-2215. PLEASE CALL AHEAD TO PICK UP THE BID DOCUMENTS.

Attention of bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in the bid packet, particularly to the various prevailing wage rates, equal opportunity provisions, and the requirement for a bid guaranty and a performance bond for 100% of the contract price.
Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experience on projects of similar size and complexity. The owner intends and requires that this project be completed no later than September 30, 2026.
All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will to the extent practicable use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project. Additionally, contractor compliance with the equal employment opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123 is required.
No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The City of Kenton reserves the right to waive any or all informalities and/or to reject any or all bids. Selection of bids will be based on lowest and/or best bid.
