NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Upper Sandusky Board of Zoning Appeals hereby gives notice that a public hearing will be held for the following variance request:
Lisa McClain has filed a variance for the construction of an accessory building on her property located at 299 Orchard Drive. The proposed location of the building on the property conflicts with the Codified Ordinances.
Said hearing is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 21, 2026 in Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 119 North Seventh Street, Upper Sandusky, Ohio. Said hearing may be continued from time to time as required.
