FORECLOSURE OF MORTGAGE
Ronald L Evans, whose last known address is 6457 County Road 60, Ada, OH 45810 and Unknown Spouse of Ronald L Evans, whose last known address is 6457 County Road 60, Ada, OH 45810 will take notice that on April 09, 2026, Freedom Mortgage Corporation filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Hardin County, Ohio in Case No. CVE20261057, on the docket of the Court, and the object and demand for relief of which pleading is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate to wit: Property Address: 6457 County Road 60, Ada, OH 45810 and being more particularly described in plaintiff's mortgage recorded in Mortgage Book 555, Page 5960, of this County Recorder's Office. The above named defendants are required to answer within twenty-eight (28) days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for three consecutive weeks, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.

LEGAL NOTICE
Sealed bids will be received by the Hardin County Fair Board (the “Owner”), as provided in this notice for A NEW MULTIPURPOSE LIVESTOCK FACILITY (the “Project”). Questions may be directed to and electronic copies of the Contract Documents, which include additional details, are on file and available by contacting Christina Cave, WDC Group at HYPERLINK "mailto:cavec@wdc-group.com"cavec@wdc-group.com.
Bid Opening: Tuesday, June 2, 2026 at 10:00 AM.
Bids shall be emailed to HYPERLINK "mailto:cavec@wdc-group.com"cavec@wdc-group.com, and plainly marked in the Subject as " BID FOR A NEW MULTIPURPOSE LIVESTOCK FACILITY." Bids will be received until 10:00 AM, June 2, 2026 and immediately after the deadline the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud via teleconference.
A virtual pre-bid conference will be held on May 13, 2026 at 2:00 PM. Bidders are to request access by emailing HYPERLINK "mailto:cavec@wdc-group.com"cavec@wdc-group.com.
All bids must include a Bid Guaranty in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates apply. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility.
