In addition to the fines levied against defendants who are found guilty, $39 in state costs, $45 in court costs, $12 for court special projects and $9 for the court computerization fund will be assessed, a total of $105.

Marco Antonio Olaya-Ramos, Galloway, speeding 74 mph in a 55 mph zone, fined $35 and costs.

Austin E. Housler, 232 S. Main St., Ridgeway, operating vehicle impaired amended to physical control, sentenced to 15 days in jail with 12 days suspended, jail sentence concurrent with any other time served, fined $400 and costs; driving left of center, state dismissed at defendant’s costs, turn and stop signals, state dismissed at defendant’s costs.

Mohamed M. Ibrahim, Columbus, driving on closed road amended to unsafe vehicle, fined $150 and costs.

Yayra Dorcas Afidegon, Bowling Green, assured clear distance ahead amended to unsafe vehicle, fined $150 and costs.

Jordan Thomas Brooks, Charlotte, N.C., traffic control device violation, fined $45 and costs.

Kayla M. Mullins, 19 Champion Ct., Kenton, no passing zone, fined $45 and costs.

Eric Michael Radabaugh, Columbus Grove, operating vehicle impaired amended to OVI 1st offense, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 177 days suspended, fined $715 and costs; turn and stop signals, state dismissed at defendant’s costs, operating vehicle impaired – breathalyzer, state dismissed at defendant’s costs.

Stephanie Ann Staley, 620 N. Johnson St., Ada, turn and stop signal violation, driving under suspension, dismissed at state’s costs without prejudice, dismissed at state’s costs without prejudice, in a case heard by acting judge Colleen O’Connell.
