Survey reaffirms Mary Rutan’s high quality care

BELLEFONTAINE — Mary Rutan Hospital has successfully completed its annual survey conducted by DNV, reaffirming the organization’s DNV re-accreditation and its ongoing commitment to providing safe, high-quality care to patients and families throughout the region.

DNV is a globally recognized healthcare accrediting organization, authorized by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), that evaluates hospitals against comprehensive standards for patient safety, clinical quality, and operational excellence. Accreditation by DNV signifies that a hospital meets or exceeds nationally recognized standards and demonstrates a strong commitment to continuous improvement.

Unlike traditional accreditation models that rely on periodic surveys every few years, DNV utilizes an annual survey process combined with the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
