Wind-blown trailer blocks Ohio 31 Posted on March 8, 2017 0 The strong winds on Wednesday afternoon blew the cargo trailer off a semi-truck traveling on Ohio 31, north of Mount Victory, blocking both lanes. As of 2 p.m., the road has been closed for more than two hours while a crew attempts to move the trailer. Traffic is being rerouted onto Ohio 292. Times photo/Dan Robinson
