Rowe will begin at 1 p.m. Sunday at the Alger First United Methodist Church, 101 E. Montville St., Alger, by Pastor Don Clinger. He died at 11:15 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 18, 2017 at Lima Memorial Health System. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Gideons International.
