Victory, will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, August 22, 2025, at the Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Mt. Victory with Pastor Cory Savage officiating. Burial will follow at Hale Cemetery. Friends and family may visit 1 hour prior to the services at the funeral home. James passed away on Monday, August 18, 2025, with hospice care at the Kenton Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
