McGUFFEY — The Upper Scioto Valley Board of Education has announced its next regular meeting will be June 25 at 6 p.m. in the board room. The session was originally set for June 18.

Ronald L. Zimmerly, Jr., President and CEO of Liberty National Bank and its board of directors promoted two employees as a reflection of their job performances and daily responsibilities. Brandt Miller has been promoted to Vice President and Commercial Lender. He has been a part of the Liberty team since 2012.
