U.S. 68 to be closed in Dunkirk for one week Posted on February 28, 2017 0 LIMA — U.S. 68 in the village of Dunkirk will close Wednesday, March 1 for approximately one week for an emergency rail repair, according to the Ohio Department of Transportation, District 1, Lima. Traffic detoured onto Ohio 81, Ohio 235 and U.S. 30 back to U.S. 68. Work is being performed by CF&E Railroad.
