A crew installs the last of three windmills which will be used to generate power for the aeration system at the Alger sewer plant lagoons.

Mayor Von Summa and Village Administrator Paul Osborne estimate the town will save $800 per month on electricity to the system, but will also save on expenses for repairs to the electric motors, which cost another $6,000 last year.
