Work set for S. Leighton St. Posted on July 25, 2017 0 Weather permitting, Shelly Company will mill/grind S. Leighton Street, between Franklin and Espy streets, on Friday and Saturday, according to Kenton Safety Service Director Jim Hites. All vehicles need to be moved from the street prior to 7:30 a.m. during this construction. Any vehicle not moved will be towed at the owner’s expense.
