MIDDLETOWN, Ohio — A man accused in the death of his girlfriend’s 2-year-old daughter has been charged with murder, while the child’s mother is charged with permitting child abuse. A court official says 26-year-old Bradley Young and 23-year-old Rebecca Kinner were arraigned Friday in Middletown Municipal Court.
