Wildcat game with Coldwater is reslated

The Kenton High School boys basketball game versus Coldwater has been rescheduled to Monday, Feb. 15, announced Mike Leddy, Kenton athletic director. The game, originally scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 5, was moved because Coldwater is playing a state football championship game this weekend.

Services for Brandon Argabright will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton by Pastor Jason Manns. Burial will be in Walnut Hill Cemetery, near New Hampshire.

James B. "Jim" Gossard

Services for James B. “Jim” Gossard will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Schindewolf-Stout-Crates Funeral Home in Kenton by Father David Young. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery in Kenton with full military graveside rites conducted by the Kenton AMVETS Post 1994 Honor Guard.

Police reports: December 1, 2015

A report was received that an employee of the AMVETS Post 1994 failed to lock up after closing. When the problem was discovered, the surveillance video was watched and it was learned that an employee and her husband stayed in the business until 5:30 a.m.
