Police Reports: February 24, 2016 John Thomas, 1006 W. Carey St., reported that he made arrangements to purchase a vehicle on Craigslist. He got a MoneyGram from Walmart for the $1,800 vehicle price, and somehow, Thomas said, the recipient of the MoneyGram was able to pick up the money without the reference number and without delivery of the vehicle.
