He died on Tuesday, Dec. 29, 2020 at Ohio State University Hospital. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Jeb W. Bowman Scholarship at Hardin Northern or Quest Federal Credit Union or donor’s choice. The Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton is assisting the family with arrangements.
